I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.
Flat roof above garage, surrounded by a small parapet wall, the floor area is covered by tiles would like to have a complete waterproof coverage with the sides slightly against the wall to stop future leakage. I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
