The church floor needs to be re-painted as the paint has peeled off due to rainwater. The area that requires painting is square meters. We'll be using stoep paint in the color red oxide. Before we start painting, the surface preparation will involve removing any loose or peeling paint and cleaning the surface to remove any dirt or debris. Once the surface is clean, it must be completely dry before we begin painting.

Email me please. I am preparing our Body Corporate's Ten-Year Maintenance Schedule, so I need to get an idea of the cost of painting the units. We are not ready for the actual work at this stage. It would help to get the price for one of each type of unit, as our budget won't stretch to doing all the units at once. We need to repaint the one-storey units in our Complex - 15 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom. They will have to be painted in relays as we don't have the budget to paint them all at once.
Our apartment complex recently did apartment-wide dye testing and for our unit the company who did the dye testing reported a leak under the sliding door of the balcony. They then also provided a quote for the repairs and I was hoping to get some competing quotes as well. The sliding door is just a standard size and I estimate the balcony is about 4 by 5m is size.
