How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
A double story that has kitchen, dinning room, sitting room, bathroom and 5 bedroom(3 bedroom at first story and 2 bedromm at second story) and a loung.
I need a decent sized bedroom with a nice en-suite (no bath though). A nice kitchen, and obviously a good sized lounge area.

It is a one story house in Drum rock extension 2, square metres. 4 bedroom Double garage Swimming pool Kitchen, lounge and dining room Patio
Flat roof above garage, surrounded by a small parapet wall, the floor area is covered by tiles would like to have a complete waterproof coverage with the sides slightly against the wall to stop future leakage. The area is approximately 42 sq metres and I have at present leaking problems at the inner edge of the walls.

I need a quotation for an outbuilding which consists of a laundrette, a servant room, a massage room, a conference hall and a rooftop entertainment area. This means the building will need a rib slab.

I am planning to build a double story as follows: - A garage and gym room on the ground floor. - A bedroom with a bathroom on the first floor. The first floor will have a balcony. A detailed plan is attached.
Corrugated iron roof with leaks - probably needs replacements.
