I would like to have a 42 square meter wendy house built that would consist of two 3.5mx3.5m bedrooms, a 1.5mx2m bathroom and an open plan lounge/kitchen that would be 5.5mx2m. Attached is a building model of what it might look like. Please advise on how much it would cost to draw up plans for this structure and whether it is even necessary to draw up plans or not.
