Another is a ground floor single unit not yet sure of size. And two other ground floor units of 25sqm each in size. Regards
My standing with SARS is currently lot good at all and need someone to help. I have a business that is not operating, however, I did not know that even when a business is not operating that I need to still submit the tax returns. SARS has now issued a penalty and I need someone who can help me sort this out asap.
The existing wooden door which leads onto the balcony from the apartment blocks stairwell was broken off by the wind. We need the frame repaired if damaged and the door which is a hollow door replaced with a solid wooden door but the cheapest one available. The new solid door has to look similar to the other balcony doors in the block, please see the attachment for the design. The existing hinges, lock and door handle can be used on the new door. If the new door can be varnished in the same colour as the old one then please go ahead but if not then no problem, we will varnish it.
I’m looking to build a 2 story granny flat, with half of the ground floor being a car garage. The rest of the ground floor should have an open plan kitchen and living area with a kitchen bar counter where 2 people can eat, a powder room under the stairs to the first floor, and sliding doors all across one wall. The first floor should have a bathroom, walk in closet and large bedroom with space for a coach and tv in front of the bed. Nice to haves include wooden floors, air conditioning, large windows, security bars on all entrances to the building and the upstairs, and stylistic stairs. The proposed location of the build is street facing and next to a property boundary wall, it’s important to us that no one can see into the first floor which is above street level, while still getting optimal light. I have attached some inspiration pictures for the layout of the kitchen & bedroom.
We have a unique water saving product which needs to interface with the hot water pipe going to the mixer of a shower. The products consists of two boxes, one housing a flow switch and a solenoid valve. Work to be done: If the hot water pipe is accessible from the top in the roof then the two pipe attachments of the flow control need to be interfaced with the pipe. If the hot water pipe is not accessible then the tiles need to be removed from the shower wall to get access to the hot water pipe and a small box housing the flow control equipment needs to be fitted to the shower wall. The cable which is used to measure flow and control the solenoid valve needs to be placed between the tiles and fitted to the electronic control which is linked to the AC supply.
Good day. There is a few things we want to do. 1. Remove old car port and build new one. 2. Break down braai area and build indoor braai with chimney. 3. Extend car port to backyard adding windows and sliding door, and back door. 4. Add lighting. 5. Move outdoor water pipe to the front. 6. Remove paving and add tiles. 7. Remove old artificial grass and add new one. 8. Break down pillar. That's what I recall.
I have an existing house with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 Kitchen and one Bathroom. I have recently bought another house and would like to put this one on Air BNB but my concern is that the rooms are very small and it’s design is not suitable for Air BNB with all rooms sharing one bathroom. Therefore l would like to extend the house and possibly add Rooms to be Four all en-suites. The back yard is also big enough to make 3 more ensuits and would like to do them. I would then need someone who can refine the design so that it can match the standards of a good Air BNB.
I need the fence with razor wire on top as well as 5 x double gates for access for motor vehicles. But because it is a n old complex with access from the road, each house will have to have a access gate. We are talking about 3 double access gates, 1 single gate, as well as 2 gates that will have to be access for 3 cars. See plan attached
Hi there I am in the process of purchasing a home. It currently has a flat sheeting roof which has started to leak. I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. I understand a proper quote would be impossible without inspecting the house, and am looking for a base number per square meter if at all possible. Please connect via email only. Thank you!
