It is a double story home in Silverhurst that requires repainting. Woodwork: Front entrance door and wooden feature on second floor outside main bedroom needs repainting. Some rising damp evident in a few places outside around ground floor of house need attention and one spot on roof above ktichen is shoing through inside needs attention as well. I just moved into my house November , so there is a lot of work to be done. All floors needs to be done with tiles. Built in cupboards for both the kitchen and rooms. I would like to rebuild my mother's house in Letlhabile. It's currently a two bedroomed, toilet (No bath or shower), a small kitchen and lounge. I would like to restructure it as it seems to not be built properly or standing in the correct position. Need to connect a 3 wire Franklin Electric borehole pump to a modern switching gear also from Franklin Electric - The insurance guy disconnected the pump from the old box and said the box was faulty, thus got another better box. Thus no indication which wires are connecting where, thus testing of motor to be done. Box is already fixed to the wall and only need the connection to the pump and providing of a CoC for insurance purposes/
