We need torch on waterproofing done on the parapet walls and possible replacing of part of the waterproof membrane underneath the roof tiles. We have a report to share from am assessor if needed.

The quote is for insurance my balcony needs waterproofing done, it's leaking through to the lower deck. Damaging electric wiring.
