Which is better, a carport or a garage?
I have to ask you not to recommend Octar Construction to people. He is incompetent. He destroyed my paving, sement every where. He did not bring any protecting or building tools not even a tape measure. I had to remind them to protect my tiles and door frame. (use my one blankets and plastics) He took my drill bit. He made a mess of the sliding door realized that he made a mess he just did not come back. I made a mistake by paying him in front, before he was finished. PLEASE PLEASE don't let any body go through this.

I would like to add the main bedroom with an en-suite and his and hers walk-in closet, add another bedroom with built-in carboards and open up one of the existing bedrooms to have access to the new extension and turn that bedroom into a TV room

Extend existing garage, and dining room
1 bedroom outside with a toilet and basin .. big enough for 1 person with a king size via WhatsApp .
Currently, the bathroom has one shower and toilet and one basin. With only a skylight. We would like to replace the shower with a bath and put in a window and keep the toilet and basin.
