KITCHEN: water inlets put in for a washing machine and dishwasher and the electrical plug point for them, kitchen walls painted correctly, curtain rail put up above window. BATHROOM: most crucial is painting**, then - put up a curtain rail above the window, (potentially bathroom redone - new toilet, bath and sink). GENERAL: light bulbs replaced in 3 rooms (2 LED bulbs per room), floors need replacing throughout apartment - tiles - but we would like advice (55 sqm apartment).
