I had a corner bath but got someone to take out the bath and make it a shower, but now my wall is rotting all around the shower so I need everything taken out and I need a built in corner bath again. I am also thinking of retiling the whole bathroom, because of the walls rotting around the shower area.

I would like to modernize and furnish a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Sea Point for personal use and potential short-term rental when I am not in Cape Town. My taste/style skews modern, minimalist (I will provide photos of other houses/apartments).
