Dear Sir/Madam I want a steel sliding gate installed across the entrance to a covered stoep. The width of the gap is 5,2m, and the height 3m. In addition to being burglar proof, it needs to be baboon resistant (thus relatively small openings). It is a coastal environment, hence rust proofing is very important. At the moment I do not anticipate automating the gate. Could you please inform me whether you do such custom installations, what the approximate (ball park) cost would be, and what you would recommend to prevent rust of the gate and sliding mechanism? Please also let me know whether you can do the installation in the Overberg area. Thank you.
Hi Team, Please assist us with 40meters of razor wire - we are looking for a double layer of razor wire for a wall. First top razor wire to be placed on top of the wall (flat edge of the wall on top) and the second layer they want attached to the wall under the first layer for double protection. Need a lock-up free standing carport to keep 3 x 16 seater game drive vehicles protected. Dimensions: 11.4m x 9.2m (including roof overhang of mm) Height 4m at lowest point, with slope for water run-off sides to be closed off with either chormadeck sheeting or marine timer slates. I need a carport for my rubber duck but also as a workshop for me… hence the double port. Floor needs to be concrete and I would like the option of enclosing the weather side at some stage. Aluminium stems to be the best option. What do you recommend? I will have levelled the site before you start. Please can you give me an indication of price.
Carport is erected been up for many years. Unfortunately the gardener decided to try drive the car after it was parked for him to wash and he crashed the car into the carport on post causing damage to one post and the fibre cement facias. The house belongs to my mother and the insurance has asked her to get quotes to repair.
Please see attached. This gate needs to be replaced, as you can see, it's fully rusted and falling apart. I don't have the measurements. It's a sliding gate, I don't need a remote controlled gate. Sliding driveway gate ; L : 6.6 m , H 2.1 m . with gate motor. Rust treated and painted black. Plain style vertical rods with maybe a few horizontal beams to improve strength. Will need to do some cutting into cement paving to get installation level. Will also require anti lifting, proximity eye [ beam] and some wiring to allow for remote opening of gate application.
Need a carport of dimensions avg .7m length x 3.7m - please see also sketch. The carport needs to be from galvanized steel and painted / powercoated to charcoal grey or alternatively from aluminium also in charcoal grey. The carport has a garage to the left side to fix against, a boundary wall to the rear and a high wall to the right to fix ontop. Please also refer to sketch. I have also indicated posts as I might want to close with timber slats at some stage.
