How to prepare your house for interior painting
Let's go over the steps you can take to prepare your home for a painting project
Replace a wooden door between front and back garden. I live in a complex. Want to install a steel/metal black gate with frame. Door must be able to lock. It looks as though the door that is being replaced is a standard size internal door. You must not be able to see through the door, in other words the door must be a solid panel.
Good day, I want to fully repaint my interior of my house. Work that needs to be done: All the walls - Living room - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - Skurting - Ceiling of 1 bathroom. - Kitchen cupboard - 2 doors - Window frames The house floor sqm is 99 I would estimate the walls to be around - sqm.
I require interior of home to be painted... Avg 3x bedroom (+/- 15sqm)....1* kitchen.... Dining room, hallway, balastrades, entrance hall, lounge and study. 1* central bathroom All walls, trim, cornice, ceiling, skirting, door frames, doors. As an extra option, varnish to all window and frames +/- 1 per room (2*1.5m)
Its a change house for mine workers specifification is as follows: One coat acrylic PVA or emulsion paint 1.On internal plastered walls .3m2 Clean and paint 2coats plascon super enamel 1.On door frames 3.0m2 2.On windows frames and burglar bars 7.0m2 One coat wood primer, two coats varnjsh 1.On woodendoors 23.6m2 Clean down and paint one Plascon Galvogdip metal primer and two coats 1.On steel doors 28m2 Quote must include supply ,delivery ,and labour

Hi there, Could you please provide a quote for installation of 2 x Wood infill pedestrian gates. Pref galvanized steel frame. Would it also be possible to provide 2 quotes, one for use of Wood and one for use of Nutec and which do you recommend? Please include pictures of proposal. Slats to be narrow so that one cannot easily see through the gate. Currently we have wooden doors and frames fitted at the entrances which are rotting away as they are exposed to the elements daily. Hi Have a loft townhouse - interior higher ceiling with cornicing - we have been trying to painting do bit by bit but this is just taking too long givenOI now work from home full time nee clean and efficient and to be finished in shortest space of time - what s the average time to paint an interior town house
Ita on a deck exactly similar to the one displayed on the attachments. The video attached is ons that was already done in regards to the paint being removed . These pillars are so difficult to remove the paint . Small gaps and difficult to get to every side . So a qoute for paint removal and new paint + restoration on most of the pillars . Cracks , broken concrete , etc .
I would like to refresh the interior (first phase) and exterior (second phase) of my house. The interior refresh will include painting the bathroom tiles, painting the floor tiles (whole house) and fixing cracks and holes in current tiling. The kitchen cabinets, tiles and walls will also require painting. Finally the interior walls will require repainting. Hopefully this can be done before the holidays. The exterior refresh will include repainting the boundary walls and the house exterior walls including the garage doors. Palisade fence between neighbors will also need to be painted white. This can happen in January.
