Before building a carport, you need to know what you want and what you can afford.
• Weldmesh (92.5x50x25x2.5) (Must be rust proof, galvanized) • Flat wrap razor wire top and bottom • Main and corner posts x3mmx4m • Stays (50x2mmx3.8m) • Intermediate posts (76x2x3.8m) • Straining wire • Concrete • Intermediate posts to be 3m distance between each. • Wire Tensioners to be installed on straining wires. • All gates to be sliding gates, and be supplied with lockable device (6x sliding gates as indicated on google earth doc with purple arrows). • Sliding gate to run on angle iron rail. Must be properly secured with concrete. • Gate sizes 9m opening. • Old fence to be totally removed and replaced with new one. • All steel to be painted. Just an extra information will provide me with a full project plan with full detailed programme The programme must in detail describe the extent of the work to be carried out including but not limited to:- 1. Planned commencement date, activities and planned completion date; 2. Sequence, timing and resources for carrying out the work; 3. Shop fitting team that can cost on a project. Renovation for a commercial store. The project will shortly go ahead. The team should be able to finish project from start to finish, have contactable references and work references to present. We are looking for a one stop team that is professional and reliable to work with.
Our house has burned down. And we need to rebuild or get alternative housing on the property. We need a 6 bedroom house, with a kitchen and bathroom. No lounge. Bedroom sizes should all be the same 4m X 4m and the 2 bathrooms 2m X 4m and kitchen should be 4m X 10m. Please will you quote me on this.

Hello there I work at Bodhi Khaya Retreat Centre in Gansbaai. We have several incidents with baboons breaking the glass roof of one of our houses at the premises. I would like to convert our garage into a room that doubles as a home office/gym. i.e. home office during the day, gym in the evening. The idea is to end up with one large room after the following has been done: 1. Seal off the garage door 2. Add a frosted window to the sealed garage door that opens (for fresh air) 3. Add 2 large windows and a door on the adjacent wall Outside the garage is a covered open parking which I would also like to convert to a closed parking as follows: 1. Add a large gate to make it a closed parking 2. Add metal bars on top of the adjacent durawall similar to the ones on the opposite wall
Good evening I am looking to extend my boundary wall. The length and height that needs to be build is as per the below: Section one Length 13 meters Height mm Section two Length 8 meters Height 2 meters Section three Length 15 meters Height 1.2 There is an existing wall that has steel on it. The above measurements differ because the height of the actual differs throughout the driveway. Furthermore, we would like to add roofing to 21 meters in length and 4 to 5 meters in breadth. 1. Remodel an existing garage, with adjoining servant's quarter, into one big area (intending to use it as home office space). 2. Upgrade an existing separate servant's toilet, with new modern fittings. 3. Enclose an existing double carport, for use as a new garage. Or build a new double garage, depending on regulations. 4. Remodel/rebuild an existing lapa area with built-in braai. The current supporting structure is a combination of bricks and sleeper wood, with a thatched roof. Want to change the supporting structure to be bricks only and replace thatch with tiles, in full. Keeping built-in braai, in place. 5. Getting the plans in order, after that the building will commence.
Specification attached. The existing park home sizs is 20.5M x 3.7M with two doors. 6 big windows & 1 small windows for the existing ablution fa ility within the clinic. It must be divided into half, one section of the facility will remain as a clinic & the other one will be modified into extra ablution facility for both Males & Females. Please check the attachments for further specifications.
Note that there is one which was installed by the previous owner (DIY) which is currently not working at all due to its poorly installation. My expectations is that, if I agreed the terms and conditions, installation needs to be done neatly quickly (within reasonable time frame) and also linked to my current alarm system. Yard is 32m X 34m.
