My case is unfair labour treatment ,I was suspended with full pay "they said but haven't been paying me full from October and now my salary was not paid at all end of December.and they have just been quite and saying nothing but I know the person I was suspended with has been called back to work and I have prove of that and messages that proves the company was asking her to lie about me and throw me under the Bus so they can dismiss me from my work and reinstate her.
My mother has looked after me for the past 8 years my father was to pay child support and for 6 years he hasn't and only he paid R to me but he makes me beg for it and says his not obligated to, he hasnt paid half for clothes, school fees, medical, and now I'm in universiry as well and he pays nothing towards it. Yes its that the CCMA granted that the company must pay me R and they fail and the Orders was given to the Sheriff and siins the Order was given to them to collect . That Order was given to the Sheriff on the 02nd October and it was registered on the 08th October and its now January still nothing has been done .

The labour court matter for employer to pay my leave days and prorata bonus was scheduled for 21/03/25, the judges pointed out that our statement of claim does not state to which law we are claiming and the matter was struck off the roll, later in July , the attorney withdrew from the matter, I have been waiting for the legal insurer to appoint another attorney to date they have not, they state that the matter is referred to independent body to decide as the previous attorney stated that there are no prospects of success, please assist as the matter whether the employer has the right to withhold my leave days payout.
