Main bedroom ensiut, walk in closet and full bathroom with extended balcony Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area leading to balcony braai. Kitchen to include small sculary/ laundry area. Clean Mordern finishes. White and gold throughout. Glass slould preferably be reflective mirror glass. Double garage with small storage. Granny flat: One bed, one full bathroom, open plan kitchen and lounge, possible extended balcony.

Need a quote on wetworks: To lay mm slab in one of the spaces (30 to 40m2). Once done to screed the entire m2 space and float. Conduit to be installed in the floor to facilitate plug points (can be discussed onsite). To straighten plastering (or remove entirely) plaster on soffit and concrete beams in space. To screed 50mm to 80mm in another vacant 90m2 space and float.
I would like to have a 42 square meter wendy house built that would consist of two 3.5mx3.5m bedrooms, a 1.5mx2m bathroom and an open plan lounge/kitchen that would be 5.5mx2m. Attached is a building model of what it might look like. Please advise on how much it would cost to draw up plans for this structure and whether it is even necessary to draw up plans or not. Hi We would like to extend one side of the townhouse out by about 2 meters. It’s the side of the house with the kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms and main bedroom so this would be making these rooms bigger. Please see attached photo. We would like to add a covered patio with built in braai stand on the other side of the house which would be approximately 6 x 2 meters. Please see attached photos of where we would like patio to be as well as an example of the patio we would like. We would like to put in a swimming pool approximately 5 x 3 meters. Please see attached photo of where the pool would be. We need the building plans latest by Friday 13 August. We are going to the property on Wednesday 11 August at 5.30pm. We would like the person who will make the building plans to join us for this appointment to view the site and take necessary details/ measurements in order to make the necessary building plans and give a more accurate quotation for total cost. I wish to add a second dwelling to my site with 0.5 bathrooms. The site is located in King William's Town, EC. The dwelling is intended for 2 persons and it must comprise of a single bedroom with en-suite, and an open plan lounge/tv room-kitchen. The small kitchen should have sufficient space to accommodate a washing machine, dishwasher, integrated 4 plate stove with oven and extractor and double basin kitchen sink with drainboard and a fridge.
