Require a carport for two cars, one behind the other, down the side of the house. To protect cars from falling pine tree leaves and other leaves that get blown down 3m wide gap from the house wall to the side wall. I'm looking for a shaded carport for 2 vehicles with a possible second one (also 2 vehicles). The first will be located in front of a double garage and the second to be determined. The carport will be standalone unless otherwise advised. The current space available for the first is about the length of two VW polo (Hatch), not sure about the length meter-wise.
I want to give my deck area a shade net carport. I have approved plans for the shadeport but the other materials are too expensive. I would like a shade carport for two cars that can be attached to the outside of my double garage. There can be no implanting with concrete due to Estate rules in order to term the port as a temporary structure. We are looking to have a 6x6 carport installed. Loose standing. We are unsure of the type but it seems the shade nets are popular in mosselbay and not sure why so a recommendation could be provided. Obviously cost would be an issue and also time to install. Also do we need building plans approved>?
Something like a trapezoid. Hight 2,5m. Top width of 4m. Starting on the left side of this 4m width a 90 degree corner and go South for a length of 8,7m. To the right another width of 6,5m and back North to the other point of the 4m width a length of 5,3m. One attachment against a wall for the 90 degree corner and three poles at the remaining corners.
