Hi there, I am looking to get the interior of a new cottage painted. The cottage is around sqm. It has two bedrooms, a lounge, a passage, and a kitchen come dining room. I am looking to paint the walls and ceilings. I am also looking to paint the exterior of the house, which is a much smaller area. As well as the outside walls.
Need first to check and well secure my existing aluminum windows as there is some gaps on frame and window frame / windows are loose, noisy when cars go past. Replace 4 X old steel frame / glass windows with silver aluminum. 2 X Opening Windows below 2 x Solid Glass - Kitchen and Entrance 2 X Opening Windows below Solid Glass. Have purchased the torch on membrane as well as, the bitumen primer for the torch on membrane. The area is approximately 10 square meters. Would require the installation of the membrane to be done. would also like info on any warranty or guarantee if there is any provided on workmanship.

Hi, I am in the process of purchasing a farm with a main building and a number of cottages. I need a quote for the main building only, which is approximately sqm. I would like to inquire about both a renovation of the existing thatch or a complete replacement. The existing thatch roof condition is as follows: 1. The dressing has been combed out and the transverse wires are visible; 2. The dressing thickness is well below the South African National minimum standards of mm; 3. The roof capping will have to be replaced; 4. There is no flashing and waterproofing at the juncture of the thatch and parapet walls (Main reason for falling damp internally) Please assist with a quote
Outside white double story. And repair minor cracks and plaster that is coming off. Prepare walls and paint. Possibly also steel windows. Owner fixed roof and is cleaning and painting it himself.. One room inside to be painted and ceiling.. One bathroom door. And one ceiling cement in the kitchen and sucullary.

Good day I need ideas for small spaces in the house to maximize the use for it. For instance, I have 2 rooms, on the smaller side, but have to accommodate 2 kids per room.
