It's a modern architectural design, built using Cement slabs as a base. Size of about - square meter . Building structure to be cost effective. Attention to detail to be on interior including kitchen, ceiling, flooring and bathroom. I have attached pictures of how the design should look but still waiting quotation from the architect on the final design.

With the balance of the land I want to build a double storey. Upstairs as residence and ground floor as small business premises to let out for rent.
