Which is better, a carport or a garage?
Bathroom 1: expanding shower; installation of new taps and fittings, tiling (floor and walls), addressing any damp issues, installation/building of new double vanity (and removal of old vanity) Bathroom 2: removal of old vanity and installing/bullring new single vanity; repairing tiles if needed Kitchen: removal of old wall and floor tiles and counters; removal/repurpose some cabinets; re wrapping of current cabinets; changing some cabinets to glass doors; extending peninsula; installation of quartz countertops tops, new sink and stove; retailing floor and backsplash.

I plan to close up an existing carport with brick walls and a manual chromadec roll up door in front. The dimension of the opening where I want to fit the door is 4.1meter wide and 2.1meter high. The pace above the door opening is is mm to the roof. There is also mm wall both sides of the opening. I am not sure if a standard door will fit in this space? We require a cost estimate for the building of the new residential house. The land we have allows for a duet house and the architects have designed it in such a way the house looks like one unit however it is split. I need registered contractors to execute the plan.
