I need to replace the existing hand basin and toilet. I would like to buy the items from the likes of Chamberlains - with the guidance of a handyman to ensure that I buy the correct stuff. Then the work needed is the removal of the basin and toilet and the new ones installed. I need to know if this can be done with little or no damage to the existing wall and floor tiles. Many thanks .

1. All 3 window’s putty needs to be painted – paint door both sides, paint inside and outside of small window 2. Where kitchen tv was hanging, seal the holes with plaster ad repaint the back wall 3.
