Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
Transport business looking to pay employees on a monthly basis. I would like the entire payroll function inclusive of submissions to SARS and Department of Labour to be done. I’d be able to capture worked hours and make actual payments myself to workers but I’d need the rest of the accounting administrative functions handled.
Repair - maintenance. Roof room was built 30 years ago by Adrian Greylling and is generally in very good condition . We have been very happy with room. However the outer layer of the sheets of wooden material used for the walls, is crumbling in small sections - facing into the weather Would like to assess repair before Cape winter
We have a Guesthouse in Somerset West. Our company (Pty Ltd) is VAT registered. Right now we are working with Sage Software and doing the bookings ourselves. Therefor we need a professional for VAT statement, Financial Statement and Tax services (Company and Private). Whenever possible we would like to continue with SAGE Software. Starting point would be new Business Year.

Repairs of aged/damaged water proofing on small sections of the roof showing signs of water damage and cracks. Cleaning of existing waterproofing membranes on the rest of the roof and replacing damaged pieces with overcoat and torching. Application of 2x overcoat matching the existing colour of the house.
I have a very small business which has been operational for 2 years (turnover less than R per annum). It started as a passion project and to earn a little extra income aside from my profession. I also want to start paying myself an income from my business so that I may show an increase in my earnings that will allow me to apply for finance for a home/vehicle etc. I am not sure how to go about this. We have a building that is accommodation for about 8 tenants. We are in need of an electrical COC for the building and for someone to ensure that the building is compliant. Every room (8 rooms) has its own DP box and we need to know how the charges will work - per room or one final cost. This is a bit of an emergency and we are looking to have someone come in tomorrow.

Hi I would like a square meter rate for a torch on waterproof. There is existing torch on which is 20 years old, on a flat concrete roof. the square meters is sq/m. I would like a price first so we can see if we can afford it. It's a concrete roof . I am not there this next week, and we working on repairs on our house ,so we can extend our bond.
