Repair/ replace gutters and downpipes where required ( half the house has been done), attend to fascia boards and external ceilings where required and possibly damlseal and paint brick boundary wall.
I need to repair a small leak in a roof and then do some minor repairs to the ceiling boards that have been water damaged, before painting.
