Well the wooden door has Ribbed like glass and on the side wooden frame where the locks meet. That side glass is broken and needs replacing. It's a plain glass as I think it was broken before. But I would like the matching Ribbed glass as the main door for the side broken door. Do you have that in stock and are you in Somerset west? I'm in CBD near Lion square. The garage door must be fitting for a double garage and automated at best. One double door garage is preferred with wooden material otherwise I am open for advice. I recently purchased a new home. There is about 80 m2 of the house I wish to remodel into a flat, for rental purposes. The house is set out in such a way that this area can have its own entrance, and be complete private. This is the idea I do have. The area is a big open area at this stage (imagine a big hall) and it is part of the current house with roof and wiring. Please note I do have a corner home. So there is a lot that we can do, I simply need your expertise in what would be the best possible solution, and stay with in the rules and regulations. Also an update on the building plans would be required in order to add the possible adjustments. I do have the current plans.
