How much would these services cost : - Scraping down, prepping and damp proofing (per square metre) - Paint whole building - 2 coats - Repaint logo of the business - providing own accessibility to higher parts of the building ( such as ladders, scaffolding, etc) - Prime entire area and reseal with Alcoflex or equivalent - I have attached an image specifying other things that I want to be done ( leave out services that you do not do ). - The building is approximately 80sqm total size

Not sure about the sqm it's a 2 bedroom flat with 1 bathroom and kitchen need walls painted and a few holes filled and only bathroom ceiling painted as well.
It is a double story home in Silverhurst that requires repainting. Woodwork: Front entrance door and wooden feature on second floor outside main bedroom needs repainting. Some rising damp evident in a few places outside around ground floor of house need attention and one spot on roof above ktichen is shoing through inside needs attention as well. Heritage home, also needs some crack repair, paint in plain white. Also some waterproofing that must be done at the tops of walls. Roof needs to be repainted heritage green.
