Annexure B to this report contains specific recommendations to guide the architect in the selection of materials and finishes to ensure that the historic character of the buildings are enhanced. Specific items to be preserved are the external facades in totality as well as all the items listed in the heritage inventory and recommendations
HI Construction building is a Perfoming Arts and TV ater. Filmmaking studios,and Acting ,Filmaking clases,also a casting cafe". Studio houses should be about (4), fully HD Control Rooms and (8) Television studios, including acting and training departments.Also Casting cafe". I am open for sugestions when it comes to the design,in a Perfoming art and TV ater version.
I'm considering a single story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath property. Two of the bedrooms should be 4x3, one with an ensuite. The second bed should be serviced by a bathroom directly opposite. (Maybe separated by a hallway). Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, partly or fully opened to the living areas.

Good day, we would like to enquire the costs for an extension to the house that would require breaking through of 1-2 walls from the current kitchen. Plans are needed, roofing, glass doors/ windows and foundation. The size is 3x5min maximum and the electricity board would need to be moved. I am looking for an estimation of costs for the total construction and plans/ plan approval in order to see whether we can go ahead with this idea.
We need to install steps against the outside wall that lead to the first floor apartment. The steps can be wood, metal or bricks. Also a door needs to seperate the inside steps, so that the downstairs apartment is now seperated from the upstairs apartment. A small kitchen can also be installed and pluming for a clothes washer.
The renovations will be in a 2-phased process - 1st. Babyroom - Please refer to plans attached. All walls in red must be brickwall and the one in green is drywall. I prefer for the guys to work from the garage with scaffolding onto the second floor and not through the house. The staircase needs to be covered up so no dust will go down towards the living room. I will supply the door, cornice, skirting and downlights. Please advise if you are providing me with an electrician that is COC complaint. New downlights and 2 plug points to be installed in babyroom. I also want vinyl floors in the new room, please can you prep and install. I will supply the product.
