I have a single story, 3 bedroom house with a single garage. I plan to extend the house forward by 90sq or so and to build up, over the extended 90sq + an additional sq (to include the main bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms, with bath/shower etc.) of an existing home. It is a 7m x 20m rectangular home. We would like to put an attic in the roof. Therefore attic trusses to be used for half the roof and standard for the rest of the roof. Insulation to be installed too. Roof sheeting, corrugated iron is what we would prefer to use.
