We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.

I am replacing two toilets and one bathroom basin cupboard. So three replacements in total. All the items are already purchased. In other words, I have the two toilets with their mechanisms, toilet wax, and seats, as well as the bathroom basin and cupboard with the easy trap waste trap. Note, that I do not have cement for the toilets.

Remove existing toilet, pedestal basin and taps, medicine cabinet, 2xtowel rails, hand towel holder, toilet paper holder and toothbrush holder. Replace above. Hi, I think my problem is the parapet wall, as I had proofed the roof previously...with pap & lap, then rubberized. But the problem persist. I thought of removing the flashing and replace with new concrete. What would you suggest? I'm getting desperate. Please help. I know it is a bad timing, but I would like to start the process.
