1. Remove tiles and sanitary ware from bathroom (a) Bath, toilet, vanity,shower - make good 2. Knock down shower wall and remove pedestal & make good 3. Remove tiles, bath, toilet, vanity from bathroom (b) make good 3.1 chase waste and plumbing to suit freestanding bath -/+ 1m from current position 4. remove carpets from bedrooms x 4 5. Knock through main bedroom wall into second bedroom - move electrical outlet - fit sliding barn door. 6. Remove bathroom door from main ensuite - fit sliding barn door 7. remove skirting boards in preparation for: 8. lay decorative screed floor over terracotta tile - whole house (m2 - house is empty of furniture - tile in good condition) 9. Paint natural wood ceilings in bedrooms x 4, kitchen & scullery - +/- m2 10. Drill hole for extractor fan exhaust in exterior roof (exhaust routed above ceiling - across kitchen - out of pitched tin roof)

I want a external walkway to go from main house to braai room on second level up. I want the old internal stairs removed. I also want a 1.5m high steps put in place from my steep to the backyard

The house is not tiled, would like it to be tiled on the floor. There is no sewage and kitchen facilities, would like to have them installed as well with the building of additional bathroom in one of the rooms. The house has 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, citing room, balcony, and double garages. The needed additions would be 1 bathroom and a study area.
