The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony. My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide.
