I am in Brandwoodpark in Kuilsrivier my house roof is leaking in its asbestos roof that is beyond repair so the roof needs to be replaced the roof is +-m2 I need quotes to replace the roof with ibr roof sheets the whole structure of the roof needs replacing even the facia boards I need the quote to make informed decisions about the finances needed to have it replaced.
Our roof has been leaking for the past 11 years. The insurance has fixed it, we have tried fixing it and it is still leaking. We will need to replace the roof completely. We will need some advice with regards to what material to use for the roof. We are hoping for catering for canopes and mains for our wedding. For canopes, we could have cheese and crackers and a range of dips with other snack such as bread sticks. For mains , we could maybe have either plated or served on platters on each table are great. We would love a tasty wholesome meal that isn’t the typical wedding dish ..eg: fillet with mushroom sauce with a simple salad and fresh bread for those who something extra! We also love Greek food ! Open for discussion but overall just wholesome tasty food that isn’t overboard/too fancy.

Our roof is leaking, we need someone to inspect the interior of our roof and wall cavities, via the trapdoors and seal any problem areas. We also need someone to get onto the primary roof of our double story home to inspect the exterior of the corrugated roofing and gutters to seal any problem areas (not the whole roof just a specific area connecting with our kitchen). Long ladders will be required as the primary roof is quite high (see example attached). There is a small connecting kitchen roof where someone can get easier access to the rest of the roof. I do have specifics I can share to make the job go more efficiently. Just give me a reasonable quote for the inspection.
The house was built a few years ago, the roof is currently a metal sheeting but I’d like to replace it now since there’s a lot of leaks or if possible patch up those leaks because I also want to put in a sealing board asap…I’d like to replace it with either tiles or the metal sheeting again, or just fix up the current metal sheeting depending on what’s cheaper
We have a small budget, it is going to be a small home wedding. We are looking for someone who is also going to assist us with contacts for flowers as well. We are planning a proper garden wedding at home, we already have most of everything sorted including the dress, rings and have an arch for the garden as well. We currently have a tiled terrace, underneath is a room. Every year we have to seal the ceiling in this room as humidity comes through the grouting as it gets more and more brittle. We look now for a long term solution. So we would like to remove the tiles and put concrete on (either by you or by our handyman) and then waterproof it, then we would like to put decking on. There is as well the area around the pool (also with tiles) which should be waterproofed (it is next to the terrace). We would like you to give us a quote on that please as soon as possible. I am currently in the UK but available on Whatsapp, Whatsapp call and email. Persistent leak when it rains, under certain conditions. Many people have tried to fix it and failed. The source of the rain leak has not been found. Water is running along the plastic sheet under the tiles, and then drips down through a hole where the chimney/flu is. The source is NOT the chimney seal on the top of the roof.
