Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
I would like to get ideas on how to practically remodel my house and do some changes/alterations as well as interior design on my existing home.
Currently house is below street level and I want to remove d bank and build from d front to join d rest of the house to incorporate a bathroom kitchen and lounge plus having potential car park above as well as go into double story dwelling. plans is in the making
Two 6metre containers with each a bathroom and open plan kitchenette/living room. Containers 4-5 meters apart with roof over.
