I would like to have the faucets in my bathroom replaced. Currently they are two separate faucets. I am flexible to keeping them separate or combining them into one. I do not have the parts myself and would like to be advised whether the faucets can be prov8ded or if I should get them myself for installation.

Project is to renovate an old bryanston house in phases. Starting with the interior, ceiling, walls, floors for the entire house. then remodelling a newish bathroom and building a walkin cupboard from scratch for the main bathroom. We'd like to start with the end in mind, so to have a full picture of evertyhing, including the exterior walls and roof. We have a contractor we trust and have seen several projects he's done for friends but he is clueless when it comes to helping with the design/redesign, especially around remodelling the bathroom for more space and the walk in cupboard.
We are buying a sq meter house, it consists of a double garage and house, we want to add on a front section to the house that ties in with the garage on one side and the existing house on the other, so adding two walls will add a new room. Additional we want to add one more garage on the side of the existing double garage, so 3 walls there to complete that garage. Then we want to add a braai room behind the existing double garage and house, so 2 walls to make that room. Finally we need to enlarge a bedroom at the end of the existing house, so 3 walls to add that space. Then on top of the garages we want to add a top floor with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a teen lounge. The additional space is sq meters. The new front section gets a tin roof over the whole length and the back add on gets a extension if the existing tile roof. Included below is the house plan where I indicated what is already built, they never finished building the house to plan, and then a sketch of what we want to do.

I have bought a 6 cube truck around .I have hired my sibling to drive the truck.We worked together very well. I have been paying him 20% of what was made.After my father 's death ,he decided not to give money anymore. He told me that they are paying installments.They have bought trucks using my money.The initial truck was vandalized. Please help.

The links are spased at mm horizontally and 95 mm vertically. The vertical links are 20 mm wide and the horizontal ones 25 mm. 4. Some of the links are broken were they slide up and down in a track and I don't think it is possible to weld then because they joint are flexible and if you weld them, it will become rigit and it will then not be possible to roll over the drum, and for this reason and also to get away from having to rely on electricity to open and close the gate, want to replace it with swing gates. 5. One can arguably make a frame and cut the mesh in section and weld it onto the frame, bur I need your advise on this possibility. 6. The close spacing between strands is also necassary to keep the little baboons out. 7. I would obviously prefer aluminium for maintenance reasons, but need advise on this because normal bar doors might not be so strong when made of aluminuim (I'm thinking here of security). 8. Remove the rotten door and threshold. Fit a new solid wooden door, Fit new lock and handles. 3. Varnish door, frame and threshold 2 coats
