We have numerous leaks in our home. The house has a flat concrete roof in one area and a usual tile roof in the majority of the house. The leaks are in both types of roof. The normal tile roof needs extensive repair and cleaning. We would also like to paint the roof. We are currently looking around so we are just taking quotes at this point.

I opened an Ecwid account. I got through most of the steps by then I saw that Ecwid is more for your own products. Well I'm not to sure as I choose the free option. My mom needed a platform for her products that she makes herself so I changed my Ecwid account for her business. Hi there, I tried to select more than 1 option but it didnt allow me. My nikah is the 27th September,the walima will take place the same day but in the evening when family and friends arrive. All together its 25 people. If i could please get a cost for a spit braai and also if you do biryani . My wife and I have a sqm stand in Betty's Bay. We would like to build a ~43sqm 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage and ~43sqm double garage. The plans have been drawn up by an architect and approved by local council. The plsms also included a ~18sqm wooden deck and ~18sqm covered quartyard between the garage and cottage.
The house in total i believe to be -sqm. Complete roofing,not sure about rafters, but there is water damage in the ceilings. All electrical and dboard needs to be done as it was pulled out and stolen. Geyser replacement,not sure about piping because can't test just yet. Entire garage to redone as it's a very old addition and caving in. New kitchen required and a open plan concept to be created. Create additional bathroom. New window frames and leveling of walls. Extend patio at back about 3-4 meters.
