The dwelling consists of lounge/dining room, three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, shower room & garage where a more recent DB has been installed. The property is rented to tenants.

No, property, no cars together, no joint accounts. Only 3 kids together. He claims he wants 50/50 custody of the kids. Don't gave an issue at solving about. Worry is if he will follow through. At this point I do everything myself, I pay school fees of my first born alone. From time to time, when it suits him. He takes the kids and dumps them at his parents house. He has a debts of hospital bill of my youngest daughter he decided not to pay, including my first born so who got kicked out of school, because he deliberately did not pay all this bills. Now as I waht a dirvoce, his agenda is me paying for all the bills. He will claims to not have cash, yet he has income coming in in his sport company every months. I live in. A well known , quite iconic property, called a Huf Haus. Being predominantly constructed in glass, it begs to be expressed as a modern minimalist aesthetic. The kind of property one would see in the pages of upmarket magazines. I have not been able to achieve this (do not have unlimited funds), but as a work in progress I believe it is possible. I need an experienced keen & discerning individual with impeccable (but not oblivious to cost) taste and skills to help me create the home of my dreams!!
