Redo floors (open plan living and dining, hallways, kitchen) and looking to revamp kitchen if possible. Floors currently low quality laminate. There is a covered courtyard between kitchen and garages that could be used to expand kitchen if necessary/possible, alternatively could be turned into scullery/washing room.
