Dear RV Smith. My name is . My roof was Very flat. You advised that it does not need corrugated iron instead you put that stuff made from tarr. Ido not know whether you call it dempkos or dampproof or what. The problem I have is that this roof produces substance that makes water from the rain brown and I have water tank to trap rain water and reduce municipal water bill. I therefore request from you what paint can I use to prevent that black tarr liquid from coming out. I do not need reroofing that is what you did.
Hi there I am assisting Ricardo Graham to secure assistance with a small renovation job for his mom’s flat in Mossel Bay. We are based in Joburg but Ricardo plans to travel to Mossel Bay to oversee the renovations. I have a very rough sketch and some photographs to assist with giving you an idea of what work needs to be done. We need a shower to be installed, some cupboards to be removed & re-installed. A built in braai needs to be removed. A small needs to be built (half brick, half glass) and we need a breakfast nook installed. If you could kindly advise if you will be able to assist, or if its even possible to give us an estimate of the cost involved.
I just need a quote to lift tiles and replace them again.I believe some are lifting. Its a flat I'm renting out in Toti. Its a studio flat. Also I'm so disappointed that it's a new block of flats and the tiles are lifting so soon.If you could give me a quote just to repair the lifting tiles for me.It would be great.I unfortunately are living in Shelly Beach and I cannot get there to see the damages. But my agent will be around to assist you.
I am having some serious signal issues, if you cannot catch me on the phone please send me an email, Whatsapp message and sms as well. To build a built in shower where the bath tub is allocated. Other words remove bath and do a complete shower cubicle. Please see picture attached of what I am looking for.
Steelworks: See link for plan and measements: https://1drv.ms/i/s!Amd_eMpiyfpkpKQNyNeeOYvn3sSAMg?e=5udAIn The purpose is to be a barrier around my solar battery to prevent it being bumped by a car. I am not too fussy about the steal used (it needs to be galvanised), but if a car bumps it it should hold. (it is in the garage, so will be a soft bump) It is just the frame, no mesh or cover is needed. I have probably over-engineered the design, so happy to listen if you have a better approach. I think 20mm square or angle tubing will be plenty strong.
I would like to renovate a non functional 3bed house. The 3 bedroom house has 2bedrooms on the right side, one in the middle. I wanna * move the 2 bedrooms to the left side, 1 must be ensuite *make a double garage on the right side where the bedrooms were * and a backroom or 2 the back if there's enough space There is no existing plan
I have identified a residential land in Kuils River and I have a plan of building 10 70m² properties on the land. These properties will have to be modern affordable homes, a 2 bedroom house that will have garage/parking space and then some room where one can put a granny flat if they choose. I need a figure of how much would material and labour cost for such project, from start to finish.
We would like to build a 4 bedroomed, double storey house, X2 Garages, x2 Bathrooms, X1 large living space. House to be build in rural area, in Sterkspruit, +/- kms from Bloemfontein. However, there's no building plans except just a piece of land to build on. All I need is an idea of how much such a property could cost, building plans, landscaping and construction. Would also appreciate your advice and guidance.

We are moving into our new property in Rondebosch East over the next few weeks and there is a back part of the home that I need some advice on. The back part of the home has metal sheeting and I would like to extend that area roofing over the open area as well to create some privacy. Need someone reputable who will be able to give the best advice.
