Buying a property and wanting to convert to an office with a large boardroom or hall and to possibly add a few rooms to use as a guesthouse or backpacker. At the moment it is just a msq stand with a building in one corner and a second building on the side, I need ideas on how best to explore and maximize the land and with the additions that we have in mind. Main building also a little old looking, would love a modernizing touch.
Want to replace an existing wooden wendy house (which has water and sewage systems) and replace it with a 3 room out building. A center room with mini kitchenette (sink and small work space with overhead space for microwave and cupboard space) which serves as small seating area, and one room either side as office space (for desk and some storage) This will obviously require plans and clearances to be obtained upfront.
The plan is to extend the servants quarter to make a flat ,it has a small room and bedroom,it has water and electricity, and I also want to build two additional flats on a 81m/2 area. The house has a double garage and I want to convert that to two flats as well... So I'm total I want 5 flats on the premises,
We are thinking of buying a property that we are renting at the moment, but need someone to do a free quote on all the things that has to be repaired or replaced in the house such as the kitchen cupboards and tops, the doors and door frames, the window frames, any water damages on the ceilings, the bathroom tiles etc.
Remove home made shed and replace with a new tool shed. Will need one wall and door/sliding door. To be built in a courtyard where there is already a double brick wall surrounding 3 sides. Roof to be something like cromadeck (excuse spelling). Area approx x . Roof height to slope from +/- 2.4m down to +/- 2.1m
Hi, my Brother and myself recently baught land in Clarens in the free state for my mother to build on. She is retired and in the process of selling in Paul Roux and those funds are going to be used to build a small cottage style house (80 Sqare meters). So build cost needs to be kept low as possible. The land is flat and has boundary fence in place, no water or electrical yet nor surveyed. But for all we can see seems like a ready to go surface with small clay layer to get through for foundations. We require house design (budget friendly so not high end fittings etc) Plans and submission All building with materials supplied. septic tank Address is: 8A Naauwpoort St (https://maps.app.goo.gl/KhQc38paVmXaehAp7)
We have a face brick home with tile roof. Looking to add a 36m2 garage, adjacent to the house. Nothing fancy required - no ceiling boards and not necessary to plaster inside of garage. Single garage door, and a normal back-door. As mentioned, the garage will be adjacent to the house, so the existing face brick wall will serve as firewall between house and garage.
Positioned in the southern suburbs Erection of a perimiter wall. A wall of approx. 30 meters long, 2 meter high. I will supply about 14 pcs of an iron frame 83cm wide and cm high round at top to be installed during bricklaying. The wall should be very well founded, plastered and finished with standard red tiles. The neighbour plot has not been build upon yet, so it is easy accesible. A second job is a corner wall of approx 2,5 meterx2,5 meter in a bedroom on ground level with a shower and two sinks that are positioned inside the bedroom. I would like to enclose this to an ensuite full bathroom with an added toilet. A corner brick wall should be erected. If you can finish of the bathroom, that would be good, with an additional toilet, a wooden door etc. Water and sewerage is present at the place where the toilet should be. Light fixtures are already separated. Third is to make a new toilet on the outside of a wall where there is an inside toilet. The outside is a small outside storage shed. water and sewerage is present
