What are the advantages and disadvantages of different types of security fences
We have a block of town houses in Reitzpark that need to have some cleaning and maintenance of premises. Town house gardens are already maintained by renters. We thus need someone to go in on a monthly basis and clean up outside of premises , plus maintaining pathways and general public areas , plus garbage disposal areas. If you can quote me please

Tree Cutting - Chain-saw x3 And please estimate how long (hours/days) it may take to cut grass (using ride- on mowers and brush-cutter) and trees using chainsaws on a 1ha. We would like to have our garden weeded, cleaned and the soil turned on the perimeter of our home, please. There are leaves and debris from quite a few trees that were trimmed today (Friday) We would like the mound/garden refuse compost heap at the rear of our property to either be used or disposed. The intention is to build a high -end market self catering chalets, roughly 8 three bedroomed with one building(9th structure)serving as the admin quarters. Currently the plot is vacant but a construction company has already been appointed while some administrative necessities are being complied with at Municipal level. The idea is to create a beautiful environment which provides each chalet with necessary privacy and the whole establishment with charming ambience.

Minimal formative pruning will be performed by the contractor as part of general garden maintenance during the growing season on all trees and shrubs.
Hi I'm looking at buying a small farm near Clarens in the Free State. It's 30.7 hectares. A huge riverine runs through most of it and a small river at the bottom. I'd like the whole thing fenced with game fencing or security fencing that would also act as a game fence. I'm guessing that where the river is at the bottom, that may need to be a type of palisade to easily let the water flow and allow flooding. One gate (maybe two). I live in JHB and can't easily come and show you but I do have some images. How do you quote? Site visit? Per square meter? Looking forward to hearing from you. .
