Remove old floor and wall tiles, toilet, tub, hand basin. Replace with new tiles, walk-in shower, taps, basins etc Bathroom 1 - 22.5m2 , Floor 5m2. Bathroom 2 - 27.5m2 , Floor 7.5m2.
People came and ripped my copper pipes off the wall. I've replaced most of them except my kitchen tap pipes. I'm wanting to change them to polycorp pipes connected to the previous copper pipes that I've replaced. You need 5 corner pipes with piping and a T pipe and 1 galvanized/copper pipe that needs to go through the wall.
1. Remove tiles and sanitary ware from bathroom (a) Bath, toilet, vanity,shower - make good 2. Knock down shower wall and remove pedestal & make good 3. Remove tiles, bath, toilet, vanity from bathroom (b) make good 3.1 chase waste and plumbing to suit freestanding bath -/+ 1m from current position 4. remove carpets from bedrooms x 4 5. Knock through main bedroom wall into second bedroom - move electrical outlet - fit sliding barn door. 6. Remove bathroom door from main ensuite - fit sliding barn door 7. remove skirting boards in preparation for: 8. lay decorative screed floor over terracotta tile - whole house (m2 - house is empty of furniture - tile in good condition) 9. Paint natural wood ceilings in bedrooms x 4, kitchen & scullery - +/- m2 10. Drill hole for extractor fan exhaust in exterior roof (exhaust routed above ceiling - across kitchen - out of pitched tin roof)
Remove old network point cable and put new point full installation, please.
Need new broom cupboard. New top for scullery. New stovetop. New zink and fittings. Fix all cupboard doors etc.
