This complete wall must be removed, but then the trusses of the front garage will need support over a distance of about 7m. The complete garage needs a ceiling. The raw cement floor needs levelling and either epoxy coted, tiled or painted. There are a few minor jobs, e.g. removing rusty steel doorframes, cracks in walls and ceilings, damp problems, replacing a few windows and doors, erecting concrete platforms for water tanks, etc. Electrical changes and additions will of course be needed.
