Hi We would like to extend one side of the townhouse out by about 2 meters. It’s the side of the house with the kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms and main bedroom so this would be making these rooms bigger. Please see attached photo. We would like to add a covered patio with built in braai stand on the other side of the house which would be approximately 6 x 2 meters. Fire place need to be finish with litels, bathroom need new plumbing and to be retailed after plumbing is repaired. Kitchen tiles on wall. Hall way to be tiled. House need to be painted inside outside roof and window frames. Driveway need to be change and carport need to be moved to next to house and not in front.
