We would like to make use of a company to do our garden maintenance. For now we would like to use your services once but this could be a Fortnightly/Monthly service we could make use of. Currently we need someone to take out all the weeds in the lawn and around the area and do a general clean up and trimming of hedges/yuka's and to prune trees where needed. We have proteas in the back garden which do not like fertilizer so someone with fynbos experience would be very much appreciated. A visit this week would be very appreciated.

Earthy tones and lush greenery add warmth and tranquility, while sleek furniture, round mirrors, and stylish chairs contribute to a clean and uncluttered aesthetic, enhanced by varied textures like smooth marble and soft upholstery for visual interest. To elevate the mood, a strategic combination of ambient, accent, task, and decorative lighting is essential. Task lighting at wash stations ensures functionality, and statement chandeliers add drama. Maximizing natural light through well-placed windows or glass walls further enhances brightness, resulting in a stylish and inviting salon experience.

The bathroom will be merged into one (the main house bathroom) and an additional powder room upstairs with a double shower, double basin and 2 toilets…. And downstairs on the kitchen side I want an outdoor toilet with basin and shower but shower must be separate but co-joining and must be locked as it will be a guest shower.

My household comprises of 5 adults and 3 toddlers. The home is a 4 bedroom home with a 2 room flatlet in the back yard. Typically we use approximately units of electricity every month. The only item of high electricity consumption is the geyser, which remains on 24/7. Cooking is done with gas stove. The electric oven is only occasionally used for baking. Other items which we require continous electricity for are: 2 normal sized freezers, 2 door fridge, washing machine, electric gate, WiFi router, TV, and basic lights and plugs. No airconditioning nor any other electricity intensive use appliances. I would like quotation for full off grid installation 👍
