I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. Kitchen island removed and a new one installed yet direction of the island would have to be modified. . New tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms…..Possibly some roof work needs to be done.
A water leak is coming from the first-floor bathroom. It has been leaking consistently for the past 6 months and we need to find out what the source is. I need a hot and cold water tap installed against the outside scullery wall. The hot and cold water piping are located against the wall within a metre at this location. The existing single concrete washing trough must be bolted to the wall. The waste pipe can be lead into the drain which is also situated within a metre distance.
