Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.

There is a possibility that the door itself will need to be replaced so can you also provide a separate price to replace the door as this cost will be paid by the property’s owner.

It's a small bathroom in a 1 1/2 bed flat, it needs a makeover. The washbasin is next to the shower, the toilet by the door, I want the toilet next to the shower and the washbasin by the door. Then I think the shower, toilet and washbasin need an upgrade and the bathroom to look like a fairly good hotel one.

I'm considering the possibility of adding a 2nd story to my house. Would like a similar layout to the ground floor with the exception of a kitchen on the top floor and using that extra space for a outside balcony section.
