I would like a shade carport for two cars that can be attached to the outside of my double garage. There can be no implanting with concrete due to Estate rules in order to term the port as a temporary structure. Good day. Can I kindly request a quote. I want to close my patio with either sliding doors or stackable doors depending on affordability. Main door = 6m wide X 2.5m high. Second opening = 1.7m wide X 2.5m high Third opening = 1.5m wide X 2.5m There are two existing sliding doors which I'd like to remove and reuse if possible, their measurements are as follows; 2.4m wide X 2.1m high 1.8m wide X 2.1m high I understand that the final quote will be based on final measurements but I'm seeking an estimate for now. Please quote me and advise with regards to alternative options as I am not fixed with heights. If the 2.1m heights are more feasible, then I'll be happy to install block windows above the doors. The two sides of the patio do not need to be accessible.
Fourteen living units in the complex, with more or less 3 rooms each. Five big windows per unit. Some safety grids and two small doors outside also need to be painted, 4-5 smaller windows (0.5 m per window) as well. We want to remove all the old paint as it has cracked severely. Approximately sqm to be painted. Top view is sqm but with the pitch 35 degrees and which makes the paintable area approximately sqm. Also need the gutters, facias and downpipes to be painted. The house is double volume. The roof needs to be cleaned, etched, and painted with 2 coats by means of airless spray.

I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.
