Important notes: 1. Property to be built on a private nature reserve. 2. Erf is zoned as rural. 3. There is no electricity, so it will require a generator if need be. 4. NO TRUCKS can reach the stands. The roads allow for bakkies, possibly with a trailer. 3 Tonne truck should also be fine. 5. Builders are not allowed to stay on the stand overnight. There is accommodation available at the farm gate (about 10km or so from the stand).

Fitting copper strapping onto new stand pipe. 4. Remove outlet of expansion valve out of sewer vent system. 5. Supply and install grid for drain. 6. Supply and install inspection cover on toilet outlet.
It is a room below the main house that is used for storage, we want to change it into a bedroom with a bathroom (including shower and toilet) We need it to have the same finishes as the main house. The only difficulty will be getting the plumbing for a toilet in there as it may need to be pumped upwards into the main sewage line.
