The previous owner changed the double garage into 3 rooms using drywall. All the power points in the rooms come from one plug and extension cables. I want to change this by installing 2 additional plugs mounted against the drywall. It would be preferred if the cables run through the ceiling and against the walls. I have a light in one of the bedrooms, where the dimmer is broken. I have had electricians come in, spend 3 hours, charge me tons of money, they have replaced the dimmer, and yet the problem persists. please could you come have a look and see if you can find the fault? I also have a fountain, where the fountain mechanism has been broken. If you could have a look and see if you can fix it.
