What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
Good day. I recently bought a property in Gansbaai and would like to construct a steel frame, double-storey, simple and cost-effective house. The plans are in the works. - No garages required, - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - ground floor, - Kitchen and lounge must be on 1 st floor, - Open plan, - Cost effective building (steel frame, container, modular etc). Double store. Top floor: Balcony back and front, private lounge with sliding door. 1B/r (5X4) with sliding door, 2 smaller B/rd all b/r with ensuite. Bottom floor; double garage open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, pentry guest toilet, b/r (4X5) with sliding door on balcony. Scalary with separate entrance but walk undercover. I have the plans in the making.
We need to build a modern house with protruding walls on the front of the house with a braai patio and corbeling design. The kitchen should have a centre island and be an open plan flowing into the living and dining room. Three bedrooms with the maid's room with a separate entrance. Double garage with space for storage cabinets. We have put the plans in the works

Downstairs will be dedicated to social family spaces, with a large gourmet Kitchen overlooking an open area flowing seamlessly to the wide Outdoor Living. Hi we are hoping to get a new painting,white specifically with white tiling, our kitchen is small and outdated so just want to get rid of everything in there. From there just wow us with the rest of the work. We need a new look in the house. The area that needs to be painted is about x looking at the plan , that is 3 rooms, 3mx3rooms.
It's a modern architectural design, built using Cement slabs as a base. Size of about - square meter . Building structure to be cost effective. Attention to detail to be on interior including kitchen, ceiling, flooring and bathroom. I have attached pictures of how the design should look but still waiting quotation from the architect on the final design.
I am planning on building a single story house. 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms 1and one half bathroom. master bedroom with en suite and walk in closet. All bedrooms should be spacious with good size closets. 3 car garages. Open plan living, dining and kitchen. Media room, pantry and laundry room. Love the L shaped house because I want it to surround the pool area. the architects were contacted, but still waiting for the plans.
We have just moved into a home in the country, it is a beautiful home and I would love to know how to decorate it properly. I love the country/farmhouse style decor but have no idea where to source furniture of this kind or even where to start. I would love some advice, some guidance and some help!! It is a big home so we would possibly look at room by room, when we can afford it. This is my dream home and would love it to be furnished to bring out the character of the house.
We are building 12 x 2-bedroom apartments over 2 floors. The land size is approximately 1, m2 in total. It is split into 3 equal portions of m2 each. The floor size is 1,m2 including patios and roof slabs. Plans have been submitted to the Brakpan municipality waiting approval. The zoning is Residential 3 and funding for the project is ready. I look forward to getting some quotes.
