Current floor will be screeded, looking to install solid wood floors. This is my first time undertaking a renovation of this nature, unsure of the wood to use. I need advice.

I need to replace the floors damaged by a burst pipe, lounge and bedroom 16 meter and the other room 14 metres. A cupboard needs to be unscrewed before the floor is layed. What would be the cost to replace the floors, labour. If you supply, i am looking for grey, what is the cost with material.

I have two areas with parquet flooring - 1 off approx 36sqm and the other 15 sqm that is partially sanded and sealed. I want to resand and reseal both these areas. No skirting required. Please quote these 2 off areas separately. I also need informaiton on the drying/curing time in which the area cannot be used.

Good day Attached list with quantities i will be needing. Floor will need skreeting, so the supplier needs to do that as well and after vinyl fitting a skirting as well. Ive received a quote from The Flooring company already situated in Boksburg, so if I can get other quotes I will really appreciate it

I now live in an old farm house in which the carpets are very old and very stinky. I have a budget. I got a quote for vinyl flooring with skirting amd sealant and self-leveling, but it's too far above my budget. I'm willing to do laminate and see what's the best quote I can get. I wanted sealant because there seems to be water coming in, but we've sealed the roof and the courtyards where there's water build up during rain.
