I’m looking to fix my property due to the damages that were caused by a tenant. Here is the list of areas that need painting: 1. The ceiling needs painting approximately 5x12 meters 2. The bedroom wall that the tenant painted with a different shade. It measures about 3x5 meters. 3. This wall needs to be fixed and painted. It measures about 3x0.5 meters. 4. The wall on the left needs to be repainted it measures about 3x7 metres. 5. The whole bathroom needs painting and the dimensions are approximately 5x1.5 meters around 3 walls and the other wall would be a 5x0.5. 6. The area around the switch needs to be fixed and painted.

I did some maintenance inside the house and painted the skirtings and saw something weird with the skirting that was painted and upon closer inspection there was holes in the skirting - all chewed up... furhter down the skirting i found some termites still eating the skirting. could you maybe give me a quote for getting rid of the termites? - we have removed the damaged skirting as it was all. chewed up
